Come by and see why Celine Waldmann's shop in Chophouse Row is the perfect space for our upcoming bag charm workshop.

You'll craft one personalized bag charm using beads made with leather, clay, and wood. We will also have gemstones and glass beads for you to add.

Each participant takes home their handmade creations plus a journal with reflection prompts to extend the creative journey. 

This workshop is perfect for those seeking a mindful making  experience and sustainable craftsmanship. Limited to 6 participants at $35 per person.

Usher in spring with this joyful garland decorating workshop and create a unique decoration inspired by the season.

In this workshop you will choose five pre cut paper shapes to decorate and string into a garland. There will be tulips, daffodils, bunnies and other spring silhouettes.

This workshop focuses on collaging with color and pattern to create fun, abstract and imaginative interpretations of spring flowers and creatures. 

Collage materials will consist of the hand painted papers Ruby Bender uses in her own practice, decorative papers like origami paper and wrapping paper, and found materials such as packaging and cut outs from old books.

This workshop is designed for all ages and experience levels. Ruby will be on hand to offer assistance and guidance although this workshop is predominantly self-led.

@light_sleeper_seattle - Ashley & Zac have talked about a collab tropical drink/food pop up going back to the covid times, and when Ashley and I were planning out the last few months of pop ups at Light Sleeper, she mentioned it as a possibility… Well, not only are @aemorfordhaines and @zacoverman two of my favorite people but they’re also so incredibly talented at food & drink that I couldn’t imagine missing it (Alice & I are out of town for work).

It seems more than appropriate that our last day of service on Capitol Hill would keep people guessing. Tropical cocktails & food by some of the best in the biz. I’ll be working the door and making sure there are epic wine bottles open. @wheninrhum is assisting with r(h)um and inspiration. 21+

Reservations are open now on Resy - Friday the 13th - every hour on the hour. Space is limited. Walk ins are limited. $100 per person will be charged for cancellations less than 48 hours in advance or no shows. Food and drinks are à la carte - tabs will be started - some standing, some seating. If you know of No Call No Show - you know what to expect: creative and playful beverages, delicious and unfussy food, and a lot of chartreuse. If you don’t know - No Call No Show is a roving bar extravaganza created by Matt Pachmayr. This bartender’s bartender has created a fun and inviting space to enjoy good food and good drink.

For this iteration of Matt’s event, he has asked The Tiderun to throw down some bar snacks. No Call No Show bros will be barrin’ and The Tiderun chics will be choppin’. Whether you are in the hospitality industry or not, this is your sign to No Call No Show.

Your RSVP ticket includes one cocktail and a Tiderun snack plate. Additional beverages and food are to be purchased on-site a la carte. Wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available.

@tomboy.seattle - Before the doors close, we wanted one more night to cook, gather, and say thank you the way we know how. This place gave us room to try things before they were fully formed. It gave a lot of cooks that same room. We’re grateful to Ezra and the Light Sleeper team for the trust, the support, and the space to grow.

For this dinner, the menu leans into fire, with their wood fired oven and charcoal grill, using the kitchen the way it was built to be used, knowing it’s the last time we’ll get to cook here like this.

The first class in our series is one in which we look at some of the more unconventional ways to use your grill. This is a whimsical, trendy and fun approach to something as primitive as fire cookery and prepared with a 2025 grill master in mind. The recipes might be new, but the techniques to achieve them are as old as time. Let our chef show you how to be both hip and timeless. The Tiderun presents our inaugural dinner - a winter seafood dinner on February 2nd. This multi-course experience is centered on live-fire cooking and the depth of winter seafood. Local shellfish and fish are prepared over open flame, coals, and smoke. We highlight our local products by pulling from seafood preparations from around the world.

After plenty of trial runs at Light Sleeper, we’ve dialed this experience so everyone gets to fully enjoy incredible food, thoughtfully paired sake, and live jazz. There are multiple ticket options, so make sure to read the details on my website before grabbing yours.

This dinner is inspired by recent coastal trips and summer grill sessions—plus a very determined (and failed 😅) attempt at catching razor clams. January calls for leaning into the ocean’s bounty, so expect an izakaya-style coursed menu with small-to-medium plates featuring peak-season seafood: grilled, tempura-fried, and simmered into deep, umami-rich soups.

We’ve got our Sake x Jazz legend, Jun Iida back from his premium tour in East Asia with new stories and sounds. Looking forward to him serenading us fisher(women)! 🧜‍♂️
