After plenty of trial runs at Light Sleeper, we’ve dialed this experience so everyone gets to fully enjoy incredible food, thoughtfully paired sake, and live jazz. There are multiple ticket options, so make sure to read the details on my website before grabbing yours.

This dinner is inspired by recent coastal trips and summer grill sessions—plus a very determined (and failed 😅) attempt at catching razor clams. January calls for leaning into the ocean’s bounty, so expect an izakaya-style coursed menu with small-to-medium plates featuring peak-season seafood: grilled, tempura-fried, and simmered into deep, umami-rich soups.

We’ve got our Sake x Jazz legend, Jun Iida back from his premium tour in East Asia with new stories and sounds. Looking forward to him serenading us fisher(women)! 🧜‍♂️

Expect a 3-course woodfire dinner inspired by West African and Creole flavors, served on Pizza Alla Palla (Roman-style pizza on a paddle), paired with a curated sake list to match all the spice, smoke, and blues of the evening.

There will be two seatings:
• Dinner Only - 4pm
• Dinner + Show - 6pm

Seating is LIMITED. Both require prompt arrival times so we can serve every guest with the love and care this experience deserves.

The ornaments will be pre-cut by Ruby Bender of Studio Arby on her scroll saw and will be ready for you to paint and collage with your own designs.

Bottle Study takes a deep-dive into iconic bottles in an intimate setting. This round: Grenache—including Château Rayas 2011, opened in honor of the late Emmanuel Reynaud. We’ll taste legends + those inspired by his work.

Small round-table vibes, big wines, dinner included. Bring a fun bottle if you want (never required). Limited seats.

Learn to weave your own turkey wing and hawk's tail hand broom in this introductory, hands-on class with Sarah Benson of Sun Bunny Studio! We will discuss the tools, materials, and techniques for crafting beautiful and functional brooms that will have you sweeping out the corners in style.

Open to all beginners. Participants will leave with two completed hand brooms. Please be aware that broom making is a physical task and moderate hand strength is recommended.

@ebbandcompany December 1st, Please join us around the table for an evening in support of @solid_ground_wa an incredible organization dedicated to building community to end poverty. We will gather at @light_sleeper_seattle for a nourishing family style meal cooked over a fire by our own @seburah and Ashley Morford-Haines of @windward_adventures. The menu will be driven by local, seasonal products and Light Sleeper will have a selection of their natural wines available for purchase.
