@tomboy.seattle - Before the doors close, we wanted one more night to cook, gather, and say thank you the way we know how. This place gave us room to try things before they were fully formed. It gave a lot of cooks that same room. We’re grateful to Ezra and the Light Sleeper team for the trust, the support, and the space to grow.

For this dinner, the menu leans into fire, with their wood fired oven and charcoal grill, using the kitchen the way it was built to be used, knowing it’s the last time we’ll get to cook here like this.
