After plenty of trial runs at Light Sleeper, we’ve dialed this experience so everyone gets to fully enjoy incredible food, thoughtfully paired sake, and live jazz. There are multiple ticket options, so make sure to read the details on my website before grabbing yours.
This dinner is inspired by recent coastal trips and summer grill sessions—plus a very determined (and failed 😅) attempt at catching razor clams. January calls for leaning into the ocean’s bounty, so expect an izakaya-style coursed menu with small-to-medium plates featuring peak-season seafood: grilled, tempura-fried, and simmered into deep, umami-rich soups.
We’ve got our Sake x Jazz legend, Jun Iida back from his premium tour in East Asia with new stories and sounds. Looking forward to him serenading us fisher(women)! 🧜♂️
