We’re thrilled to welcome Chef Kevin Seila Top to La Spiga on Sunday, July 27 at 5:30 PM for a one-night-only culinary journey rooted in resilience, heritage, and innovation. SEILA is a bold expression of “rising above the ruins” — blending Chef Kevin’s Cambodian roots with his Southern upbringing to create a distinctly Cambodian-American dining experience. Accompanying SEILA, musician Lance Niemeyer will perform on grand piano and guitar throughout the evening.
